Disease

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is the gradual loss of kidney function over time. It is defined as either evidence of kidney damage or a glomerular filtration rate (GFR) less than 60 mL/min/1.73 m² for a duration of 3 months or more. Kidney damage refers to structural or functional abnormalities, which may be detected through pathological findings, abnormal blood or urine tests, or imaging studies.

Mechanism of Action

Renolog is a combination of 5 alpha-keto amino acids and 5 essential amino acids. It helps the body use excess nitrogen to synthesize essential amino acids, thereby reducing the production of waste products and decreasing proteinuria.

Dosage

1 tablet per 5 kg body weight per day, or as directed by a registered medical practitioner.
